Shipping policy

Shipping:

It is the responsibility of the recipient to check and inspect the products before signing for them on delivery. Any damages must be checked and signed for as "damaged" at the time of delivery. Once deliveries have been signed for in the usual way (as accepted), it will not be possible to make any claims for damages.

About Damaged Packaging:

It is our policy that packaging is for the protection of the toys or figurines inside (including cartoon box with Japanese wording printed on it (Photo below) ). Therefore, for all of our products, we do not replace packaging. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

 

Carton Box Example:

*In addition, if the carton or package is found damaged or collapsed but the product inside remains intact, please note that we will not offer a replacement of the product and package.

 

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends, bank holidays, or the day store closed (store information).
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order or you made a wrong choice in choosing shipping method, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
