Mid-Autumn Model Event 2026 – Seller Agreement
Event: Mid-Autumn Model Event 2026
Date: Saturday, 26 September 2026
Venue: Kanousei Hobby Ltd, Unit 91, Cariocca Business Park, Manchester, M12 4AH
By registering as a seller or trader at the Mid-Autumn Model Event 2026, you agree to the following terms:
1. Personal Transactions
All buying, selling, trading and exchanges are undertaken at the participants’ own discretion and risk. Kanousei Hobby Ltd provides the venue and opportunity for participants to meet and exchange items only.
2. Kanousei Hobby Ltd is not the Seller
Unless an item is clearly being sold directly by Kanousei Hobby Ltd, Kanousei Hobby Ltd is not a party to transactions between participants and does not receive commission from those transactions.
3. Item Condition & Authenticity
Participants are responsible for accurately describing the condition, completeness and authenticity of their items. Buyers should inspect items and satisfy themselves as to their condition before completing a transaction.
4. Prices & Payments
Prices, payment methods and exchange values are agreed directly between the participants involved. Kanousei Hobby Ltd does not set, guarantee or mediate prices for privately sold or exchanged items.
5. Returns, Refunds & Disputes
Any return, refund, payment issue or dispute relating to a private transaction must be resolved directly between the buyer, seller or trader involved. Kanousei Hobby Ltd is not responsible for resolving disputes arising from private transactions.
6. Permitted Items
The event is intended primarily for model kits, Gunpla, scale models, hobby tools, paints and related hobby items. Items must be lawful, safe and appropriate for the event.
7. Prohibited Items
Counterfeit goods, stolen goods, illegal items, dangerous items and any goods that Kanousei Hobby Ltd considers unsuitable for the event must not be offered for sale or exchange.
8. Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully towards other visitors, sellers and staff. Kanousei Hobby Ltd reserves the right to ask anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour to stop trading or leave the event.
9. Seller Space
Seller spaces are limited. Registration does not necessarily guarantee a seller space until participation has been confirmed by Kanousei Hobby Ltd.
10. Responsibility for Personal Property
Participants are responsible for their own model kits, goods, money and personal belongings during the event. Please keep your items supervised at all times.
11. Acceptance of Agreement
By submitting the Seller Registration form and selecting “I have read and agree to the Seller Agreement”, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
